List of Documents At the Time of Admission For All

1. Passport Size Photograph- 4 copies of child and 1 copy each of parent.

2. Birth certificate

3. Immunization record- (Only for Pre-Primary classes)

4. ID proof of Parents/Guardians

5. Transfer Certificate- Original- (Within 30 days from the session start date in April)

6. Final Term Report card/Mark Sheets

7. Aadhar Card and Bank Details of the Student

Please Note: Additional

1. Transport is optional. Transport charges would be

Rs 12000(0-5km), Rs 16000(5-10km), Rs 20000(10-15km), Rs 24000(15-20km)

2. Cost of Notebooks/Text books/ Uniformwill be additional.

3. The fees can be paid through Cheque and DD only
