(3) Child’s Immunization Record / Vaccination

(4) Govt. ID proof of Parents / Guardians

(5) Transfer Certificate (Original Copy) - (Within 30 days from the session start date in April)

(6) Final Term Report Card / Mark Sheet

(7) Aadhar Card Copy of the Student

(1) Bus Transportation is optional. Slab Charges would be as follows:

10 – 15 Kilometers	Rs. 27,600/-
15 – 20 Kilometers	Rs. 34,500/-
Registration Charge – Rs. 500/- (Applicable for new admissions only)

The School / Transport Fees can to be paid Online or through Cheques and DD once admission is confirmed.
